How does the delivery process work?

If you select the delivery option, we will meet you at the designated lake launch ramp at your scheduled start time. We'll launch the jet skis, give you a safety briefing, and you're good to go! When you're done, we meet you back at the ramp.

Do I need a special license to rent a jet ski?

No special boating license is required in Arizona, but you must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old to sign the rental agreement and operate the watercraft.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Weather-related cancellations (determined by us) are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
