   Watercraft: 2025 Sea-Doo Spark 3UP. Rates, add-ons, and $1500 deposit set at booking. Fuel must be 87-octane; $20+fuel fee applies if not full at return.

   Renter must be 21+ with valid ID and insurance. Max 2 riders/400 lbs. No minors operating.

3. Usage Rules
   Ride only at Lake Pleasant, Saguaro, or Canyon Lake. No towing, alcohol, pets, beaching, or operation after sunset.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) Addendum Cove Jet Ski Rentals (COVE PWC LLC)

This Loss Damage Waiver Addendum (“LDW”) is an optional addendum to the Personal Watercraft Rental Agreement between Cove Jet Ski Rentals (COVE PWC LLC) and the Renter.

The LDW provides limited coverage for accidental damage to the rented personal watercraft and associated equipment during the rental period.
